ST Maintenance of Way (MOW)

Sometimes we laughed at the way they did things, sometimes the maintenance seemed like cheap fixes, and sometimes it seemed like they waited until they were told that they must repair something or reduce speed. But they did eventually maintain rails and equipment.

Operation Lifesaver Photographer Safety Tips
